Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup beans
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 t spoon cornflour
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
How to make Veg Manchurian Recipe
1) To make veg manchurian, firstly mix flour, cornflour, salt, carrots, beans, cabbage, ginger, garlic, green chilli and a little water in a vessel and mix well.
2)When the mixture of this mixture is ready, make a small round bowl and keep it aside in a plate.
Heat oil in a pan. Now add bowls and fry them. Fry the bowls until they turn light brown in color.
After doing so add ginger, garlic and green chillies in the frying pan.
3) Now add onion and fry it well, add soy sauce, chili sauce, and mix well. Add black pepper, corn flour, salt, pepper etc. to this mixture and cook well.
4)When the gravy is cooked well, add Manchurian Bowls to it. Cook for a while. If the gravy is too thick then add water and dilute it and cook it.
5) After leaving for some time, the hot Manchurian bowls are ready. Serve with coriander leaves etc. on it. The hot veg Manchurian is ready.
