Jawline Workout: Exercise to reduce double chin and face fat

People work hard and even undergo surgeries to increase scream bones and reduce extra fat from the face, but they get success in very few cases. Because everyone is troubled by the problem of double chin.

Expert's moody, jawline appearance makes the confidence level high and the facecut starts to look good. This problem is seen in many people due to wrong eating and spoiled lifestyle, but there are some exercises which can reduce the problem of double chin.


However, these work only when you are taking healthy and clean diet and your body's overall fat is reduced.


What Causes A Double Chin

Fat begins to freeze around the face and neck due to wrong eating and spoiled lifestyle. Due to which the skin under the chin appears hanging or puffy, it is called double chin. Many times, double chin problems occur due to aging or genetic reasons.


Due to loosening of the muscles under the chin, two chins appear on the face, which does not look good.


You can get rid of this problem by doing some special exercises, so let's know about the exercises by which it can be reduced.


1. Neck Roll Exercise

To do this exercise you have to sit upright and repeat it with deep breathing.

 firstly, rotate the neck to the right and touch the chin with the shoulder. Then stop for 2-3 seconds, now touch the chin with the left shoulder. You can do 3 sets of 10-15 rounds on each side and take a 1 minute break in between.

2. Chin Press With Hand

 While sitting upright or standing, place both your palms under your chin in such a way that the palm and the forearms touch each other.

Now then open the mouth after placing the jaw in the palms as shown in the photo. This will stretch and tighten your jaw muscles.


3. OO-EE exercises

It is a very easy exercise and in this you have to sit upright and say OO-EE. This will stretch your muscles and gradually you will feel tight in the facial muscles.


4. Mouth exercise

This exercise targets your lips and cheeks. To do this, you have to drag your lips first to the right and then to the left. Repeat it 10 times from either side.


5. Ball Exercise

To do this you need a ball. Place it under your chin as shown in the photo and press it downwards. After stopping for a few seconds, come back to normal.


Do 3 sets of 10-12 rounds of this exercise.
